Method
- Preheat oven to 350* and line cookie sheet with parchament or aluminum foil. These cookies WILL stick to your pan.
- Mash banana
- Add egg and stir to combine.
- Add peanut butter and mix
- Add oatmeal
- Mix until combined
- Drop by rounded tablespoon onto cookie sheet, mash slightly with a fork and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake 10-12 minutes
- Any that aren't immediately gobbled (after cooling) can be stored in the refrigerator up to 10 days, or in your cookie jar for up to 3 days.
